This is one of the things I submitted for this months Papertrey Gueststar Stamper Contest. One of the contest categories was to come up with a housewarming gift using the Boards and Beams set. After having an Oprah Ah Ha moment this what I came up with. I started with a plain wood plaque that I got a Hobby Lobby. I stamped the images on it with Versamark Ink and embossed them with fine black detailed embossing powder. After that I colored the images with my copics and used a white gel pen to color the fence. When I was done with that I painted the background with acrylic paints and used a sponge with Palette New Canvas ink to make some clouds. When everything was dry I added the numbers. To finish it off I edged the border with a gold paint pen and weatherproofed it with a clear matte sealant. Tonight is the Papertrey release of the new sets this month.
