Technique Tuesday Video

I finally had a chance this weekend to make this months Technique Video. In this video I will be showing you how I made the background for this card. I also used Cuttlebug Sketch 40 for the layout.

I orginally made this card for a friend of mine who needed a thank you card for her daughters music teacher. I made an extra one though and have put up for sale in my Etsy shop. I hope you enjoy the video if you have any questions let me know.

Really enjoyed the video Terry.. it's something I had not seen, done in that method. What is the purpose of the Gesso.. is it to "seal" the colors on the raised portion? Thanks for making the video!!

Hi - I'm playing catch-up. Wow, you're something else with your cards and tutorial videos. How do you produce them? The most I can do are my sad little photo montages... but I'd like to offer folks more, like you do. Ah well, I can aspire; ) Come visit me at MaidenShade Matters if you can - read what I've been up to and leave one of your thoughtful comments. I love company!

This technique video was great! I love learning new techniques. I've never worked with Gesso. Or even heard of it for that matter. What is it??
