I hope you all are having a good start to the week. It had been in the high 90's around here but today it is only going to be in the low 80's with rain. We could definitely use the moisture.
I don't have a new project done to share with you today but I am working on some things that I plan on sharing this weekend though. In the meantime I wanted to share something about myself that I have never talked about here before. I discovered the Crescendoh blog a few months ago and after reading some of the stories there about how art saves people I decided to share my story too. You can read more about it here if you are interested. I know that there are a lot of people out there that suffer with PD (Panic Disorder). I am hoping that by telling my story it will help others that have problems with this as well. I also run a Panic Attack support group on Yahoo. I have found it very helpful to talk to others that go through this. You are welcome to join us there if this is something you experience too. I am off to watch Anne Of Green Gables with Emilia now. I will be back soon with more crafty things to share. Until then I hope the rest of your week is a great one and thanks for stopping by.

I had no idea Terri. It's very courageous of you to share your story with others!
what a neat thing to share! I enjoyed reading your story!
Terri I also had no idea.. Thank You for sharing that with us!
Hi Terri, I'm glad that you have shown us another side to you. So happy to know you even though it is through cyberspace!
Terri good for you for being brave enough to share your story! Knowledge is power and I'm sure you've helped more folks than you know by doing this.
And I have to tell you the one quilt I finished took me ten years total. putting it down, picking it back up again . . . ten years.
Wow Terri! I had no idea that your creations on your blog were actually a kind of "grounding therapy", it certainly gives me a new appreciation for your work! I hope that being brave enough to talk about your experiences will be a turning point for others too!
sending you lots of love.
Terri - I left a comment on your Crescendoh article, but also wanted to leave a comment here. I am one of the guest curators this week at Crescendoh, with much the same story to tell - that of dealing with a severe panic disorder. I am so glad to see you there, telling your story, and feel I am in wonderful company! Thank you so much for being so brave.
:) Debi
