Technique Tuesday

I hope your week has gotten off to a great start. It was in the 60's here today! It looks like spring is right around the corner and I am very happy about that.
Today it is time for another Technique Tuesday video. This month I am sharing how I made this card
All the details are on the video but if you have any questions let me know. I hope you enjoy it!
