A Year In Review

Happy Friday. I hope your week has been a good one. Thankfully my Silhouette is working now. I called on Tuesday and the guy I spoke to had me move the blade carriage back and forth a few times and that got it working. I have not had time to really play with it yet but I did try to cut a few things and so far it seems to cut better than the Cricut. It also works with SCAL 3 which I am very happy about.
I have also been busy most of the week with another custom order on Etsy and I decided it was time to reorganize my stamping desk. I could not stand to look at it any longer. I can't believe I let it get that bad. I have ordered a bunch of CD boxes and things that hopefully will help to keep it organized from now on and I am going to try really hard to keep it that way next year.
Since there are only a few days left of this year I wanted to share my favorite projects of 2011 by participating in Karin's Year In Review Blog Hop I discovered it from Leigh Ann's blog

Overall it has been a pretty good year. Instead of making resolutions I am just going to take 2012 one day at a time and see what it brings.     Wow. What a fun post to read, and what a busy year you have had. Your projects are just incredible--I'm guessing that you sell them in your Etsy shop? If so, I'll bet you are a multimillionaire! Everything looks like it was made with such great love and care.

    Okay, how in the world could I ever choose? My daughter Claire (age 6) who was standing next to me said that she is glad that I am her mom, but wishes you were her other mother because you are SO good at making stuff, heeeee! I can't choose a favorite so I'll pick the ones that made her gasp out loud...the ladybug, the rose-covered heart, and that adorable ribbon cupcake! I CANNOT WAIT until your silhouette is up and running :) :)!!!!

    I am speechless. Every single one was a work of art. January and May are my favorites, but that ladybug runs a very close third. I didn't know you got a silhouette. Does that mean we can't share files anymore?

    These projects are fantastic Terri and I bet you had trouble limiting yourself to just 12. My fave is September. I just got a Cameo but haven't come to grips with it yet.
