Papertrey February Blog Hop

Today is the February Papertrey Bloghop.

The challenge this month is to make something with scallops.
This is what I came up with.

I started by using the Favor Box 2 die and Hibiscus Cardstock after that I added layers of scallops using the med Scallop Die and patterns from this Digi paper pack. The flower was made using the medium Beautiful Blooms 2 die. I cut the layers out of tissue paper that I sprayed with Pink Glimmer Chalk Mist then I added a pearl brad in the center and scrunched the layers. Mini Pom Pom trim was added to the top to finish it off.
Here is what the back looks like without the flower.

Inside was the perfect place to add these.

I finally got my order on Tuesday and was able to make matching buttons using Maile Bells fabulous tutorial. I am very happy with how they came out and will be making more soon.

    So pretty Terri - I love that pompm trim! And great minds think alike! I've used the Favor It box too - my favourite. Love those buttons. Isn't this line the best ever! Can't wait for my set to arrive. I adore your whole project.

    Squealing for the buttons- they couldn't be any cuter! I ADORE the fabulous scalloped layers on the treat basket, and the pom pom trim is cute too!

    I just knew you would make something spectacular! This did not disappoint. Such a cute idea to add scallops to the treat box. I have been looking for some of that pom-pom lace ever since you used some on your cupcake last Blog Hop. So cute. The buttons are now calling my name as well.

    Hi Terri. You do the greatest things with those Favor Its. I love the cascade of scallops and the flower is fabulous. Wow, can't wait to play with those buttons. They're beautiful. Love the colors.
