April Papertrey Blog Hop and Technique Video

Tonight is the April Papertrey Bloghop
The challenge this month was to make something with tissue paper. You would think that would be easy but it turned out to be much more challenging than I thought it would be mainly because I was trying to come up with something different. This is what I finally came up with

The background was made with the faux silk technique I did last February but I added a few extra steps this time. The butterfly was also made out of tissue paper too. I have included a video showing how I made the butterfly. Here is the link to the video for the base of the butterfly. If you have any questions let me know.

This card also qualifies for the current Papertrey Peeps Challenge #6 Bring in the Old hosted by Cammie too.
I look forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with. As always thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great night!
